Partnership opportunities are designed to support the quality and reach of the event, not to create a traditional trade show environment. Partner contributions help cover event costs and strengthen the overall experience for attendees.
Before applying, please review the checklist below.
Who makes a good partner?
Partners should be able to demonstrate that they:
- Have a relevant audience or network of business leaders, technology leaders, founders, public sector organisations, enterprise teams, or AI decision-makers.
- Can actively promote the conference through newsletters, email campaigns, social media, communities, events, or direct member engagement.
- Are willing to contribute time, resources, or support to help attract a high-quality audience.
- Are aligned with the mission of the Accelerating AI Conference: helping organisations understand, adopt, and implement AI in a practical, responsible, and commercially meaningful way.
- Can add value to the event beyond brand visibility.
Speaking expectations
For Keynote and Key Partners, speaking opportunities must be focused on insight, education, and practical value.
Talks should:
- Focus on AI, automation, digital transformation, governance, productivity, innovation, or implementation.
- Share practical lessons, case studies, frameworks, or experience that attendees can learn from.
- Avoid being a direct sales pitch, product demo, or promotional presentation.
- Be relevant to the audience and aligned with the overall theme of the conference.
What this event is not
The Accelerating AI Conference is not designed to be a trade show where organisations simply pay for stands to sell to attendees.
Our priority is to curate the right mix of partners, speakers, and audience members so the event creates genuine value, trusted conversations, and meaningful opportunities for collaboration.
Partnership approval
All partnership applications are subject to review and acceptance.
We reserve the right to accept partners based on audience fit, relevance, contribution, and alignment with the purpose of the event.
